AnnualCreditReport.com is a website where you can order your free annual credit report. This one really is free, it is from the three credit reporting agencies and has been set up to allow you to obtain your credit report at least once per year to check for ID theft.
Federal Trade Commission is where you can download "A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act." This is a disclosure that you are to give an applicant if you decline their application or take adverse action based on a credit report.
